What You Will Do:

• Fully understand and deliver on the client’s vision and project objectives.
• Independently manage and complete video editing projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Apply advanced post-production techniques such as transitions, color grading, motion graphics, and sound effects to elevate the final product.
• Utilize storytelling, pacing, and editing techniques to drive viewer engagement and retention.
• Take ownership of each project, manage timelines effectively, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Lead and guide a team of junior editors, providing mentorship, feedback, and support to ensure project quality and team growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing creative input during the production process and enhancing overall output.

What You Will Need:

• 2–4 years of hands-on professional video editing experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is a must.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe After Effects; candidates with advanced After Effects skills will be prioritized.
• A strong understanding of visual storytelling, with the ability to lead edits from concept to delivery.
• Experience in managing or mentoring junior team members, with the ability to provide clear guidance and constructive feedback.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
• Ability to work independently and maintain performance under pressure while managing multiple deadlines and projects.
