Description

What You Will Do:

• Assist in managing and coordinating animation production from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality animations.
• Create high-quality animated explainer videos using After Effects or similar software, focusing on clear storytelling, engaging visuals, and smooth animations to effectively convey the message.
• Work closely with animators, designers, and directors to ensure seamless communication and effective workflow across the animation team.
• Review animation assets to ensure they align with the project’s creative direction and meet the required standards.
• Help track project timelines, organize schedules, and ensure that production milestones are met within set deadlines.
• Provide feedback and contribute ideas during creative sessions to refine and improve animation concepts and executions.
• Assist in allocating resources and managing the use of animation software and tools to optimize production efficiency.

What You Will Need:

• A bachelor’s degree in Animation, Digital Media, or a related field. At least 1-2 years of experience in animation production or a similar creative role.
• Proficiency in animation software and a strong understanding of animation principles.
• A good portfolio that portrays your work and ability in making explainer type animated videos.
• Excellent time management abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear feedback and collaborate with a creative team.
• Ability to maintain high standards in animation quality and consistency while following project guidelines and creative direction.
